About Me

Raised in Ascension Parish by two wonderful loving parents who taught me it's important to have some integrity, to be respectful and honest, to treat others like you would have them treat you. Family is imporatant to me...I am very close to my parents, sisters and brother, and I adore my niece's and nephews!! I live in Baton Rouge. I work for a Large Bank in outside sales..... What's in Your Wallet?? I love outside activities...bbq's, camping, biking, being on the water! Playing in the snow! I love mountains/beaches. And an occasional trip to Vegas!! I like an occasional night out for dinner and movies! I also like to get out sometimes for some live music and dancing! I try to stay surrounded by friends with the same values that I have been taught! People are known by the legacy that they leave behind!! Their children, their friends, their loved ones! when I leave this earth...I want others to be able to say that in some small way I have made their life a little better...even if it was just because I made them smile! Being accepted by others & knowing that you are loved is as important to a human soul as life itself!!

My Interests

Hmmm, Lots to say here. Music...listening to it, singing and playing it. Playing my guitar. Billiards...I play a lot of pool!!! I love a good suspenseful movie...as well as a funny comedy. With POPCORN!! Hanging with my family and friends. The outdoors usually has my attention..mountains and beaches...Hiking, Biking, Camping, Grilling, Golf, especially during the Fall. I love that time of year..there's just something about a cool dry breeze.I have friends scattered all over the country, so road trips are a common occurance for me. Austin TX here I come!!

Others who enhance life! People who make a difference! Friends who love to laugh!! Compassionate people.As far as a significant other?? hmmm?? someone who doesn't mind having me as their BEST friend. Someone who loves to love!! Honesty and loyalty are a must with me!! someone who loves with all their heart, who sees themselves growing old with their best friend! Someone who looks past insecurities and realizes that we ALL have them.

Music:

Just about any type of music. My fav. is Classic and accoustic Rock from the 60's 70's and 80's. As well as alternative. Jazz, R&B too!! Motown baby!! I was raised listening to Country Music, throw in a little gospel and you have a nice mixture of what I love to hear. I have a very wide variety of tastes when it comes to music. If I had to name a few names....The Eagles, The Beatles, Journey, Etta James, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Elvis, AC/DC, Steve Miller, Roy Orbison, Fleetwood Mac, James Taylor, SRV, Johnny Cash, Merle Haggard, Def Leppard, The Stones, Led Zepplin, Pink Floyd, Otis Redding, Billy Joel, James Brown, The Allman Bros., The Doobie Bros., Queen, Three Dog Night, Van Morrison, U2, The Police, Toto, John Mellancamp, Bon Jovi, Ozzy, White Snake, Motley Crue....I swear I could go on for days and days!! Maybe I will come back and finish one day!

King of Queens, Sienfeld, Old cartoons, Discovery, and the old sitcoms...Taxi, Wings, WKRP in Cincinnatti. Movie Channels....ESPN... The four major Golf tourneys!! I try not to miss em! lol

Heroes:

My Father, and a few others that I have crossed paths with over the years! Those who have taught me lessons because they cared about me....even if I didn't want to learn at the time. Looking back over my life there are those who have made a difference and they are heroes in my book!!
