My passion for music began around the age of 13. All I could afford back then were kids Karaoke machines, and Casio mini keyboards. But I was still able to use them to make music that could impress people. I was heavy into Rap and Hip Hop throughout the mid 90's. As Rap music was going through a lot of transformation during that time, so was I.The British invasion of dance music was taking over the clubs in the U.S very quickly, and I couldn't help but notice a pattern. Norther Exposure: Expedition I & II was the first true DJ mix of underground dance/trance that I picked up. The set was mixed by the infamous masters Sasha & John Digweed during their notorious era at Twilo. I was hooked immediately. From then, 1999-2000, I discovered new artists like ATB: Moving Melodies, Armin Van Helden: 2 Future 4 U, and who can forget the groundbreaking legends Daft Punk with their release of Homework that shook dance floors so much that you can still feel the after shock effect. Then I went on a journey to discover every single artist that was featured on the Global Underground mix CD's that hit the local music stores. Right then and there is when I new that Electronic Music was the only form of music that I could freely express myself with out any boundaries, and that it would be acceptable.Fast forward to 2007-2008, and I now have formed my own independent recording studio, and marketable recording label. Dream Lab Production Studios represents my dream to produce/remix/mix music in an environment completely free of limits. And to provide an outlet for others to do the same as well. I don't have much of an interest for fame, although it would be nice cause who am I kidding here, but I feed off of a crowds reaction to my music. I love to create music that can emotionally charge a person. From Chill Out, to Trance, it's all about the mood that a person can be in at the time, and how the music can charge that mood so that one can relate and embrace that sound.
