IMPOSSIBLUES

Gli Impossiblues suonano blues sin dalla loro nascita. Dalla formazione originale, rimasta inalterata fino al 1996, si è giunti, a seguito di alcune variazioni di organico, all'attuale quintetto composto da voce ed armonica, chitarra, basso batteria ed organo. Dalla formula iniziale di quartetto rock blues con repertorio tipicamente electric blues da pub stile Doctor Feelgod, Nine Below Zero, ma senza trascurare i blues di Little Walter e Willie Dixon, l'attuale quintetto sfoggia una miscela di suoni e di ritmi che vanno da New Orleans al Southern Rock degli Allman Brothers, sconosciuti shuffle pirotecnici e personalizzati boogie. Della formazione del primo periodo (1990/1996) rimane la testimonianza sonora del CD autoprodotto IMPUBBLICABILE, registrato live. Nel 2001 è stato pubblicato il loro secondo CD “SMELLS LIKE BLUES” (formazione quintetto con organo). Gli Impossiblues fin dall'inizio hanno suonato per crescente numero di amanti del blues e non, mantenendo inalterata la loro vivacità, immediatezza, forte impatto e simpatia. La scelta dello stile e del repertorio è consapevole: il blues è vocazione, sacrificio e gioia di suonare ed improvvisare. Con il loro forte impatto live continuano imperturbabili a mettere a ferro e fuoco locali di ogni genere, birrerie, feste di piazza, aperitivi mattutini, biblioteche, matrimoni, discoteche, festival all'aperto, la camera da letto della tua ragazza. Gli IMPOSSIBLUES suonano in locali, festivals e concerti nella zona del Nord Italia da più di sedici anni. L’attuale formazione comprende, oltre i membri originari Sergio Benzoni alla chitarra ed Andrea Fusari alla voce ed armonica, il bassista Andrea Bresciani, il batterista Francesco Mondini e l’organista Paolo Mazzardi. Gli IMPOSSIBLUES riuniscono le influenze del blues rock soul e del rhytm n’ blues creando sonorità che rispettando la tradizione del blues ne percorre i suoi confini contemporanei. Sul palco vengono eseguite appassionanti interpretazioni personali di sconosciute gemme del blues e rhytm n’ blues oltre a pezzi originali che evidenziano il talento di tutti i componenti della band. L’interplay tra i musicisti ed il senso di coesione si riflettono in un suono fortemente comunicativo verso il pubblico. Il loro sound è particolarmente distinguibile.Impossiblues Flip Flop
..Gli IMPOSSIBLUES sono un gruppo di cinque elementi che esegue diversi stili del blues con precisione ed energia. Ciò che aggiunge unicità alla band è il personale sviluppo di materiale meno conosciuto. Una bella spinta alla vostra sedia, potenza elettrica del blues. Formazione attuale: Sergio Benzoni Chitarrista e capobanda, suona da sempre. Nessuno nei dintorni ricorda di quando Mr Benzoni NON suonava il blues. E’ altresì il leader della Blues Benzo Band, fornmmazione con oltre dieci elementi, sin dagli anni 80. A tempo perso si presenta anche in altre formazioni, troppe da ricordare. Andrea Fusari, voce ed armonica, suona con gli IMPOSSIBLUES sin dall’inizio. Dal Gospel al Rhytm & Blues tutto quello che canta viene a modo suo. Paolo Mazzardi, organo. Ha suonato con la Cervjus Band, poi con Tony Lee King, in seguito anche con Milksucker B.B. e molte collaborazioni con il compositore Alessandro Ducoli, Vince Vallicelli Blues Band e altri. Dona un sentimento di trance psicotica alla band.
