Born July 19, 1984 Vanessa and Alvin Tatum gave birth to what will be one of tha most promising new artist to hail outta tha south. His name is Adam Maurice Tatum, the world will know him as 3rdcoastslimsta aka Peter Parker aka Sir Possum Funk Naurto aka Marty Mctrill. When he just turned 2 his family(which included his big sista and his lil sista still in his mother)decided to pack up there bags n leave Marshall,East Texas and head right down tha street to Longview,East Texas. Here 3rdcoast grew up on tha eastside of tha View in tha late 80's all throughout 2002. While growing up he would listen to his parents esp. his father play all kinds of records which later he grew a astonishing ear for all types of music including r&b,funk,jazz,80's pop(not that teenie boppa shit doe) that will later craft his style,swagga n his heart for this musical shit..however it was one form of music that stood out to tha thowed lil lad tha most which was of course hip-hop/rap...having his pops and his youngest uncle jam music from N.W.A. to Geto Boys to Biggie to Outkast to Wu-Tang Clan and etc. 3rd had no choice but to have tha upmost got dayum respect for this genre of music..when 3rd went to Longview High School he later meet up with his future crew (T.P.C. Squad)...tha group consisted of around 6 members but after high school they split up and only 2 remained which were him and BabySlim...they later formed a duo which is called N.R.G.(a new outkast w/ a lil universal appeal but still shows deep roots of tha east texas lifestyle)they reinvented T.P.C. Squad w/ members as Da1/Big Low/C.E.D./Smurf which is now tha most prolific rap group to hail outta east texas...3rd is a artist for tha ages and is more like tha wolf not tha sheep..is tha world ready?????
