I was born in the Bronx on May 30th 1956. I went to PS 102 then PS 77 then JHS 125 and then James Monroe HS. I attended CCNY for 4 years but never graduated. I then proceeded to the Military and joined the army during the Vietnam war. After getting out of the service I did odd jobs here and then then I went to hairdressing school. Worked for John Atchinson hair salon, then because a NYC paramedic then a NYC police officer. I am also a Judgment recovery specialist. You have a judgment for money from a court case and can't collect because you can't find the person or assets? Then call me [email protected] all that I ended up as a paralegal for 2 real estate firms which got me no where. I decided I needed to become independent and control my own life. So I went to school and got my life and health insurance license and worked for 7 years for New York Life Insurance. Thinking that all that financial knowledge I can share with people to help them solve their financial problems and help families and business's reach their goals was a waste of time. No one was interested. Yeah I made some sales but just enough to drive me and many others out of the business. I am now a real estate agent thinking that so many people need places to live and even that is a chore with all the unrealistic wants and needs of the public. People you need to know. A 1 bedroom apartment with lots of space, doorman, pet friendly, laundry in the building near the subways in Manhattan is just a tad more than $1800 a month and please, stop calling in April for an apartment for a July move in date and think it will still be there. Oh, and in case you didn't think we know, that excuse of "If I see something great I'll take it" don't fly with most agents. We know you're lying.Now I own 2 travel websites and a classified site rolled up in my internet mall called HEARDHILLERY.COM. If I am going to be any kind of success I might as well create it myself and be responsible for my own future.
