The No Good Redwood Ramblers

A while back, down in Southern California, there were four good 'ol boys with nothing but dreams, desire and a handful of vices. No money to speak of. No real reason for getting out of bed except to avoid back aches and bed sores. The only thing that kept them going was the sauce. The sauce and the thought of hitting the bigtime on a riverboat casino someday. The desire consumed their very beings. Eight long years passed and nothing came to be for any of them. They say they used that time to rest for that big match they knew they would someday win. Two more years passed. They used that time to learn the art of gambling down to a science. They got good. They got damn good! They were ready, and nothing was gonna step in their way. They went to every loanshark they could find and borrowed as much cash as they could for this day. This day of immortality! They booked their rooms on the riverboat and proceeded to walk the path of greatness. They lost all of their money in a matter of hours and their bodies were found somewhere outside of Mojave several weeks later.
