Mer de noms is the italian cover band of A Perfect Circle. They were born in the first months of 2006 with the purpose to reproduce the entire APC first album "Mer de Noms"...It’s easy to understand the reason of their name! Four friends, already members of bands like Z.E.D. and Missing Link, start to meet and prepare the covers. At the end of 2006 Mer de Noms find their singer: Fabio. With the complete line-up the band is ready to start the live experience. After preparing all songs from "Mer de Noms" they decide to add songs from other albums: the outsider, pet, the noose, blue, passive and others. They don’t wish to record a demo with songs they don’t own.The only things that count are live shows. You can find their live videos on this space, so enjoy it.

I "Mer de Noms" si formano all’inizio del 2006 con l’intenzione di riprodurre l’intero omonimo album degli APC. Quattro amici, già membri di altre bands ( Z.E.D. e Missing Link ) iniziano ad incontrarsi e a preparare le covers. Verso la fine del 2006 entra alla voce Fabio e con la formazione al completo il gruppo può iniziare l’esperienza live. Dopo aver preparato l’intero "Mer de Noms" la band inizia ad aggiungere brani degli altri album. Non ci sono registrazioni per la volontà del gruppo di non fare demo con pezzi di altri (si è già abbastanza impegnati con le proprie registrazioni) ma potete vedere i Mer de Noms nei video durante le prove e i live.
