Music:
Honestly? I love all sorts of music! I like pop, Metallica, Fall Out Boy, swing, jazz, Country, MUSICALS!!!!!!!, some rap, r&b, soul, even opera (sometimes... depends on the opera). I love learning about new artists... or types of music that i've never heard before. I have quite an appreciation for all types.
Movies:
My favorite all time movie would have to be The Princess Bride! It is one of those movies that I can watch over and over again and not get sick of it! I like all types of movies: comedies, mysterys, dramas, everything but really scary movies... I'll watch them... and usually I'll be ok at the end of them, but if you sit next to me during one of them you might just lose your arm! I also like anything that touches your heart. Anything that moves your spirit. When you come out of a movie and you are thinking about things you may never have thought before you know you've seen a movie worth seeing.
Television:
Okay my guilty pleasure is all of those "design a room" shows! I love getting ideas on how to design rooms, and new space saving Ideas. I'm such a geek! I also love Friends, Sex In the City, Saved By the Bell, The Simpsons, All of the CSI shows, The Family Guy, Futurama, and Fraiser. I don't really watch a whole lot of TV... I never have time so It's hard for me to follow a series, where you really need to see the whole series to get it... so I like shows where an episode is wholly dependent on itself... that way I don't feel like I'm missing anything.
Of course now I'm hooked on "24"... All thanks to Gigi!
Books:
I love Jennifer Weiner! She is a great author! I've read all of her books, with the exception of "Goodnight Nobody"- I'm waiting to find it in paperback. "The DaVinci Code" is AMAZING!!!!!!! OMG! Can't wait for the movie! Anything by Jane Green. I've read most of her stuff too. I love Chick Lit! It's an awesome genre, I always feel great about being a woman after I read one.
Heroes:
My mom. She may not agree on everything but she is still an amazing woman. She raised 5 kids... and always found time to make dinner (granted there were alot of times we would eat at 10:00 at night), spend time together, took us and picked us up from school, had a full- time job, and was always involved in church and school activities. I have no idea how she was able to do all of these things and not go completely crazy! She is an amazing woman and I love her so much!
