About Me

Since their inception in late 2005, Nazarite Vow has been pushing the boundaries of the musical norm, stimulating audiences both audibly and visually all around Australia.
Musically Nazarite Vow has created a moving brand of heavy rock, merging a driving rhythm section with intricate, delicate guitar lines, generating a full, yet tastefully blended sound. The mesmerising vocal talents of melodic vocalist/guitarist Nathan Casey, blended with the powerful, raw scream of front man and brother Dan Casey provide an intense yet controlled chaotic vocal contrast. Nazarite Vow’s music, combined with their explosive, high energy live performance reflects the enthusiasm and passion that this young band is bringing to the Australian music scene.
Nazarite Vow’s diverse sound continues to provide them with the unique opportunity to share the stage with bands from different genres having played with Strung Out (USA), MXPX (USA), Project 86 (USA), I Killed the Prom Queen, Behind Crimson Eyes, The Getaway Plan, In Fiction and The Amity Affliction.
October 2007 saw the independent release of Nazarite Vow’s much awaited debut ‘Freedom Isn’t Free At All,’ engineered and produced by Darren Thompson.
After the success of their debut, 2008 promises to be a big year for the boys, as they plan the follow up record, and numerous shows around Australia. "...it is quite clear that this band is going places... Nazarite Vow are definitely a band to look out for in the future..." DB magazine..
