Our Academy educates our recording artists on the two critical success factors through scheduled classes; first about what it takes to be a winner in the music business and second on how to be a good performer. Our “Music Business School†covers the history, operating model, dynamics and trends of the music business and music industry as well as what it takes to be successful by being a “big fish in a small pondâ€, i.e. the concept and practice of positioning, niche marketing and product differentiation. Our “Showmanship Workshop†trains our recording artists on stage presence, performing styles, audience interaction and collaboration. We run our Academy 4 times a year. The School lasts 5 weeks, one full day per week and the Workshop lasts 6 weeks, also one full day a week. Enrollment is subject to recording artists meeting certain minimum suitability requirements and passing an audition. Big Brother has the sole discretion to accept or decline an applicant.
