About Me

I’m Anna.
Music is a big part of my life. I'm not particularly talented and quite tone deaf, but i enjoy it all the same. I play guitar in the youth worship band at the church I go to. I listen to anything really and I constantly have a song in my head.
I seem to spend most of my time on trains, waiting for trains, or running to get trains.
I like travelling, not that I've been very far... Sitting on a train or coach (not bus, I get bus sick) just gives me time to think (usually about random things such as 'How many moles have drowned by tunnelling up into rivers?'), is relaxing because it is time out of your control and it makes me go to sleep (only once have i missed my station...so far.) Old places are fascinating, the design, structure and just the fact that so much has happened before that we can have no idea of.
I'm studing Archaeology, Psychology and Media at 6th Form.
I'm in my element when playing with water and dye and ink and powder and tissue paper and glue etc, but not making useful things, just mixing then together to see what happens. This is useful when it comes to wasting time...:)
I see the strange and weird side of things, and so make a fuss when something slightly odd occurs - like being stalked by BT vans - sometimes leading to over exageration. I have set off the (silent) alarm at the Bank of England (museum)...
I never say the right thing, or say what needs to be said. And I'm not too good at knowing how I feel about things either - easily influnenced, i generally don't have an opinion.

My Interests

I'm generally interested in everything; I pick up abandoned newspapers on the train. I like to know trivia about everything and everything - the more obscure the better.

I'd like to meet:

Stephen Fry

Music:

Just Now:
Last Week:
Overall:

Movies:

The Blues Brothers, Nuns on the Run, Driving Lessons...etc... Generally though, I can only watch a film once, but there are some which could be watch countless times.

Television:

Too much! Quite into Heroes at the moment. Generally I like most comedy, crime, and the odd bit of science fiction (i.e. Dr Who and Torchwood...). But really, sit me infront of anything and I won't complain too much...

Books:

I read quite a bit, but still mainly childrens books; Anthony Horowitz, Alex Shearer, Philip Pullman.
I am trying to get into more mature (would say adult, but that could be taken out of context)books; Douglas Adams, Ian Rankin.
Also, I love books of photographs, especially graffiti.

Heroes:

Jesus - He gave a lot for me.
All the amazing people i see everyday
and the amazing people I don't see often enough.
