With a strong focus on publishing rights representation and royalty collection on both the U.S. & international stages, Bluewater Music is a competing force in a narrowing field of independent publishing companies and administrators in the United States.
Bluewater Music is a society member of SOCAN/CMRRA (Canada), SGAE (Spain, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Paraguay, Bolivia, Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador and Peru), MCPS/PRS (UK and the British Commonwealth), BUMA/STEMRA (Holland and Luxemburg), GEMA (Germany, Switzerland & countries in the former Eastern Europe), STIM (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia), AKM/austro mechana (Austria),

Bluewater Music has affiliated publishing companies in the United States as well: Bash Music (ASCAP), Mighty Nice Music (BMI), and Critter City Music (SESAC). Our catalog is vast and strong, with songs ranging across every genre of music. A multitude of Bluewater works have been used in TV, film, advertising, and have been recorded on major record labels in the United States and around the world.
Bluewater Music is seeking future clients in all aspects of the music industry including songwriters, music publishers, music supervisors, international societies/sub-publishers, record labels, recording artists, management/production companies, and advertising agencies. We are especially interested in building a creative network in order to pitch and place our music with record labels as well as in TV, film, advertising, video games, and other creative products.
