The members of Ambient have performed together for years at local churches. James, Walt and Andy have been playing instruments all their lives and the love for music has continued to grow. Recently, Mike Burrell...an awesome sax player, brought his talent to the group. His sound fits Ambient so well, it seems as though Mike was there from the start.
Since Ambient has been together they've had the honor of being the opening guest band for legendary R&B artist Dionne Warwick in 2006. Ambient was the winner of the ICC RiverCity Soul Fest Idol Contest in 2007. We continue striving to be the best we can be and deliver stellar performances where ever we go. At this time Ambient is working to complete their freshman album.
