Welcome to the CHRISTIAN COALITION! First off, this site is to be used as a resource to connect with other people and build or strengthen your relationship with God. It is a place where you can hopefully relate to one another or even me. So please use the blog section as much as you'd like or need because that will help us (everyone who uses the site) to learn, grow, and relate to one another.I'll go ahead and tell you a little about myself. When I was 10 years old, my family and I were in a plane crash, that killed my mom and left me in a coma for a month. By God's grace, I came back to life. I'm here for a reason and it's to share with others the greatest thing about life- living for Jesus who gives people hope and peace and everlasting life. I'm 27 now, and always felt there was something more to life- but I didn't know how to explain what it was though; so a year ago I made it my mission to read the Bible and get an understanding of what and who God actually is. After reading about Jesus, everything in my life began to change- my view towards life, purpose, and I simply look at things in a whole new way. I can't explain it. It's amazing though.I've accepted Christ as Lord and Savior and have no desire to turn back to the way I was before I knew Him. Life is so much better having God's love, grace, and forgiveness. The Christian life is not easy. But, the quality of life is so much better and I am so much happier and fulfilled living as a Christian with a purpose in life.I have a completely different view towards life. I used to think drugs and sex would lead to happiness, but I was wrong. It's a trap! Don't listen to what the media tells you because they will suck you in and get you thinking that the wrong way is the right way to live...Anyway, that's another subject.
There is only one way to everlasting happiness and it's through Jesus and knowing Jesus and having a relationship with Jesus. I have always had a feeling there is a God, but now I KNOW there's a God and understand God from reading the Bible. I had no idea how awesome and purposeful life could be until I read God's Word (The Bible), lived it, and had faith in Christ. He changed me from the inside out and my friends and family can see and feel the positive energy coming from me. I want everyone to feel as great as I do and let Jesus take hold of your life just as he did mine! It is a wonderful feeling to know I can be forgiven for all my sins, no matter how awful they may be, with the love of Jesus.I hope this site can be an encouragement to all Christians and educational and inspirational to anyone who is curious about Jesus. My goal for this site is to at least make a small difference in your life, and show you how much better life can be when you walk with the Lord. Life, generally speaking, is tough, but much more fulfilling with the blessings of God and knowing you will be saved once life on earth is over.This is the way to have eternal life- to know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, the one you sent to earth. John 17:3 With this site, I hope and pray that we can all grow closer by sharing our struggles and sins. If you have any prayer requests, we will pray for you. Check out the blogs.
