Author, Poet, Public Speaker, Artist, Photographer, Activist
Kimberly does have a day job, but that's only because most poets/authors don't make enough money to support themselves, or even their fat cats. LOL!
Kimberly's biggest passions are for writing poetry, short stories, screenplays, and photographing nature. Her first book, titled Layers of Moments was published in 2006. In her spare time, when she's not writing or taking pictures, she loves to cook gourmet delights, read, and paint.
She is a member of the Wisconsin Fellowship of Poets and the August Derleth Society. She is a volunterr for SpotLight on Kids and also does some teaching and for them. In 2007 she started the Fellow Bee Society. It is her desire to share in the importance of poetry and photography. She believes art forms are a megaphone to express or release people's thoughts about life, love, spirituality, nature, politics, etc. The FBS explores the written, spoken, and performed word, along with the diverse aspects of photography, with individuals who want to share thier art and partake in the enjoyment of that process. The FBS motto "Create, Cultivate, Educate." Copyright 2007-2008.
Of course she loves to spend as much time as possible with her partner and two cats: Blue (aka: Fuzzy, Obe-wan Kitty, Bulldog) and Rudy (aka: RuRu, Poochy Boy, Luke Tablewalker, Smooth Talker Sexy Walker).
