We were once a three piece Heavy Metal band but, now we are a five peice heavy metal band. We've played venues in San Francisco, Oakland, Sacramento, Santa Cruz, Gilroy, Monterey, Chico and many other local places in Northern California.
Loggins Promotions did an independent radio survey with four of Silence Chairs songs, and gave four out of four stars to two of the songs saying that they have a " Very commercial sound" and that we should start soliciting radio stations. Recieving air play, and a "live interview" on one of our local stations, and having our E.P. placed into rotation at 90.3 F.M. out of Chico. We were just recently been informed of a review from Rock 3 Radio out of the U.K. giving all four songs four stars saying it was " a most satisfying 16 minutes of aggressive metal ". We were also asked to do a telephone interview with Mohawk Radio out of Canada which will be soon.
We have recorded nine of our songs with Track Records in Hollywood and, have started recording at Fantasy Records working with Micheal Rossin. Mastering our live recording intitled " Cottage Days" at Plant Studios in Sausalito, Ca.
We also won a Battle of the Bands in December, which qualifiied us for the finals in May. This Band looks forward to an exciting summer, with new prospects and avenues that have been opening.
