I am beginning my 5th year as a PhD Candidate in Biophysics, Structural, and Computational Biology. My project is concerned with understanding the RNA binding properties of the HIV-1 Rev protein. I have designed, expressed, and purified a chimeric tRNA molecule which contains the high-affinity binding site for Rev. If you would like to know more just ask.
