Audio Jack is Glasgow's newest and best unsigned artist showcase. We only pick the best talent that Glagow has to offer and best of all, we are not genre specific. If you play Metal, Country, Pop, R&B, Rap, Jazz, Funk or Experimental Kazoo Fusion then we want to hear from you. All we are interested in is QUALITY. We also showcase the best unsigned music Scotland has to offer so if you fancy having your tunes played over our awesome sound system, drop us a line through myspace or pop a demo in to Pivo marked AudioJack and we'll make it happen.
The night runs in Pivo Pivo who supply full backline and the best venue in town. The idea is that there is a bit of quality control to our nights as opposed to other venues that will put on any band just so they can fill their lineups and pockets.
Also, we are completely against pay to play and minimum ticket sales as it is shit. We are fair to our bands and see that they are taken care of at our gigs. All we ask is that our bands do a wee bit of self promotion. Even if its bulletins on myspace or a rough photoshop poster that they spam people with, its cool. We also produce kick ass posters and promote the hell out of our nights to help ensure our bands play infront of a room full of people as opposed to the bar staff and the guitarists mum.
