EDHELLEN

El génesis de la banda se remonta a finales del año 2007, momento en el que Miguel de Segura (batería) decide ponerse en contacto con Edu Guerrero (guitarra) para reactivar este proyecto, que tiempo atrás ya se había ido pensando y trabajando. Con unas cuantas ideas bajo el brazo, y con las piezas encajando misteriosamente esa ilusión pasaba de boceto a algo más palpable. Contactaron con Ferrán Riesgo (teclado), y Norma Miralles (violín) con los que anteriormente ya coincidieron. El siguiente paso fue hablar con David Simarro (voz); entró de inmediato tras comentarle el proyecto actual y habiendo dejado la banda EONA. En ese momento, hicieron acto de presencia esas personas que viven a tu lado pero que la vida no te ha dado oportunidad de conocer. Fueron Victor Méndez (guitarra) y Andrés Pastor (bajo) quienes, venidos del grupo NIHILIAN, deciden probar, dado que el proyecto buscaba cerrar la formación con dos ultimos componentes. Un par de pruebas bastaron, todos estuvieron de acuerdo en poner punto y final a la búsqueda.
Posteriormente en el mes de Julio de 2008, Edhellen grabó un par de temas a cargo de Txus Martín (Opio), registrados en "Nave Iguana", los cuales tuvieron bastante aceptación por parte del público oyente.
Meses mas tarde, Norma Miralles (violin) abandona Edhellen por motivos personales, sin que la banda busque sustituto.
A día de hoy Edhellen ha sonado en la radio varias veces (Aldea rock, Los Sueños de Nadie, La Mala Hora, The Noise Hour Radio Show, etc...) y han terminado de grabar y presentado su primera Demo titulada "Camino a la Luz", que les llevará por diversas salas durante este año 2009.
The band's genesis backs in time until the year 2007, when Miguel de Segura (Drummer) decides to contact with Edu Guerrero (Guitar) so as to reactivate this project, that time ago they worked and thinked about. After a few time meeting and with some ideas, decide to start looking for the necessary people to carry on the illusion that have started to sketch, and that won..t give its firsts results until the starts of 2008, when after lot of time elabouring better and not better ideas, all the pieces fit perfectly. In the last time of 2007 they contacted with Ferran Riesgo (Keys), and Norma Miralles (Violin), two persons that time before had coincided with them. After that, they contacted David Simarro (Vocals) and after telling him the current project's idea entered in the band inmediatly after leaving the band EONA. In that moment, the persons you always have around you in life but you don't know made presence. Thanks to that, they knew Victor Mendez (Guitar) and Andres Pastor (Bass) that came from the band NIHILIAN, and both two decide to prove, because the project was looking to close the crew with two last members. After a pair of proofs they all were agree in ending the search.
Later, in the month of July of 2008, Edhellen recorded two themes thanks to Txus Martin (OPIO), registered in the 'Nave Iguana', wich were very aceptated by the hearings.
After few months. Norma Miralles (Violin) left Edhellen by personal reasons, so they decided don..t look for a new violinist.
Today and now Edhellen has come on the radio several times (Aldea Rock, Los Sueños de Nadie, La Mala Hora, The Noise hour Radio Show, and more), and now they recorded and presented his first Demo titled "Camino a la Luz" that will take them that will take them across Spain in this year 2009.
