Before we start, we would like to thank eMarie at eMarie layouts . One of the layouts she designed was the inspiration (and coding) for the ISYL® page!
We are a new fashion company based in New York City. Originally based in Chicago, we moved to New York to be closer to the fashion industry resources not readily available in the Midwest. We have existed underground since early 2005, but now the time has come for us to go mainstream!
ISYL® is the abbreviation for ISEEYOULOOKN®. We created this new fashion brand in 2004, and began selling small samples of clothes in 2005.
To make it simple, we are a fashion house. We do everything there is to do within the fashion industry, in-house. But since we love getting other people involved, we also pay consultants and contractors to perform some functions. We periodically provide photography services for other companies and designers, so you will also see photos from those shoots.
During our design seasons, we create a certain number of designs, then look for other designers to create garments for the line. Those selected designers are given 100% credit for their designs, and receive a percentage of sales from each of their garments sold!
