I'd like to meet:

Many people who once lived. Maybe someday, after this life, I'll get to meet them. I'd like to meet Jennifer's grandfather and my grandfather, who died before I was born. I'd also like to meet Jesus, Ghandi, any President of the U.S., and the Dalai Lama. :P
