A Witch's Cottage is an online community/store where individuals can come together, without prejudice or fear of being themself.
Raveyn le Fae is a High Priestess, an ordained minister, a Spiritual Medium and Psychic with over 25 years experience.
Raveyn's path is eclectic spiritual. She comes from a long line of witches (on both sides), although religion has also played a part in her life through self-emersion in learning.
Growing up, Raveyn’s mother was very spiritual and open to many different forms of spirituality, encouraging all in Raveyn and what she did. Raveyn’s Mum tended more towards the Indian Spirituality, but in her later years, has started to go back to her traditions of planting with the moon phases, seeing the signs, and living as her grandparents taught her.
Raveyn remembers telling kids at primary school that she was a witch, only to be told "there is no such thing". Her mind became very confused with what "She" knew to be truth and what society was telling her.
When she was a very early teenager, she came across her grandfather's grimroie and several of his books. This once again raised in her her own truth. Then at 16, her Grandmother gave Raveyn her hexagram pendant which was forged by a witch according to the planetary alignments, etc. Raveyn felt that it was the first step in her initiation to a long-lead family path.
Raveyn always had altars set up in her room, even if they did not start out that way, they always ended up that way, it has always been "inherent" in her, and her mind just "goes in that direction" even if it is subconsciously.
Raveyn’s great grandparents were true wise-ones, midwifery, healers, psychologist, making and giving amulets etc, planting crops in accordance with the moon phase, etc. Of course, they never said "We're witches", they just were. They knew things when others did not, saw the signs in all of nature, and just lived. This tradition has gone back as far in Raveyn’s family as can be remembered.
When Raveyn decided to put "organized" religion behind her and truly delve into what she knew was truth, the only books she could find were on Wicca. She also had a friend who was in a Wiccan Coven. Through reading and then following her own intuition, she set out on my path.
When she realized that Wicca seemed to be the "organized religion" of Witchcraft, she pulled away from it and began to follow her own intuition in what she was doing.
Over the years, she has incorporated other faith systems into her practice. While she tends more towards the Celtic Pantheon, she also includes the Chinese, Indian, and Italian, although never at one time together.

What does Raveyn call herself?

In a society of labels, Raveyn is known as a "hereditary hedge witch", but what she truly is "a natural witch" who in walking in the foot steps of a long line of witches.
“I do not practice Wicca, and am pretty much solitary.
I come from a long line of witches and psychics/mediums on both my maternal and my paternal sides. Even when I wasn't practicing, I just knew and so I always did as my intuition guided me. So basically, I have been spell crafting and living according to the craft for as far back as I can remember.
I have royal blood and I have Gypsy blood, if you thought that was inner turmoil, I also have Jewish blood and Muslim blood...†~ Raveyn le Fae
Many feel that a witch is not born, but rather "made". Raveyn does not agree with this statement whole heartedly. There are many who come by way of the path and become witches, but there are many who come from a long line of witches who are inherently witches, and some come forward from past lives... And there are still many natural witches, who don't even know that that is what they are... yet.
Raveyn does not conform to any one pantheon or view, and believes that magick is neither white nor black, but as in nature, is a balance of all aspects. One's intent in the goodness of Light is what is Raveyn’s driving force.

30 minute phone readings ~ US$50 ($1 every minute after the first 30 minutes)
1 hour phone readings ~ US$95 ($1 every minute after the first 60 minutes)
Personal sitting (your home) ~ US$240 (up to two hours, $40 per each half hour after first two hours)
Email readings ~ US$40 (up to 10 questions only - $5 each additional question)
