Born in California, I've also lived in Arizona, Georgia, Germany, South Carolina, Texas, Washington and now reside in Hawaii. I have a daughter who lives in Germany. I speak with a slight German accent and I've been told by my closest friends that they consider me to be more of a European than an American, hah! I love to travel and to experience things in different perspectives! Each time I find myself in a new place, I try my best to live the life as the people around me do, by emmersing myself into their culture and my surroundings. So wieso! I really don't like to put myself on display, unless I'm on the dance floor, so if you want to find out more about this wanderlust traveller...you know what to do. Im not 2 hard 2 find.What I like: Drunk midnight messages from my sister. The expression a child makes when he/she hears a different language for the first time. The exhileration before something terrifying. The feeling after its over. The fellowship of good men. The look and smile of a perfect stranger that tells me she likes what she sees. Relaxing on the bow of a ship as its moving. A clean place with the warm scent of candles. Turning on the radio and hearing that awesome song I've been wanting to hear. Stepping off the plane after a year of Hell. The too seldom kindness and politeness of a stranger. The goosebumps and chills down my spine as the American Flag flies high with the music in the background. Staying on the beach-all day-as if its a job. Staying in the water-all day-as if its a job. Thinking its really late and bed time is a must, then noticing theres still plenty of time. Going to another country and noticing all the differences-then noticing all the similarities and figuring out its not that different after all. Firm handshakes.
