THE DIRTY BIRDS is a sydney based 5-piece rock band that came together in its current shape during mid 2007, spawned from the song-writing talents of Dave Wilkins... The group started out re - hashing [ live, in a series of low key gigs ] some of Dave’s earlier material from previous outfits with a revolving door of musicians ; that eventually led to the current line-up consisting of DAVE WILKINS - lead vocals - guitar / BRENT DEHN - guitar - vocals / ANDY PAYNE - bass - vocals / NICK PANSINI - drums / STEVE DOWN - guitar - vocals... since then the boys have turned out a bunch of new tunes that are a unique product of the influences from all five members....
