I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

I grew up in Cleveland, Ohio where its winters are cold and snowy and summers are humid. I moved to Oregon in 1998 and absolutely love the mild climate here. I'll take the rain over the snow any day. I still enjoy following Cleveland pro sports as well as visit family and friends that still live there.

My Interests

I enjoy working out, gaming (RPGs), golf, horseback riding, hiking, travelling, learning about new cultures, dancing (salsa, swing), writing, reading (mostly news stories from around the world), computers.

Music:

I enjoy a wide range of music, from classical, to jazz, blues, rock, latin, techno, etc. It's probably just easier to tell you what is usually playing in my car stereo. I generally listen to XM radio channel 44 (Fred) which plays a range of alternative from the late 70s through the 80s. Their playlist includes: Joy Division, New Order, Depeche Mode, Cure, Iggy Pop, Bowie, Sugarcubes, Pixies, Cocteau Twins, Gary Neuman, Siouxsie & the Banshees, Sisters of Mercy, Ministry, Echo and the Bunnymen, U2, REM, Clan of Xymox, and many others. I also enjoy enjoy their techno selections on channel 80 (the Move) and 81 (BPM). My favorite artists from this genre include Meat Beat Manifesto, The Crystal Method, Chemical Brothers, Thievery Corporation, The Scum Frog, The Orb, The Prodigy, and many others.

Books:

As soon as my A.D.D. subsides, I'll fill this section in. :)

Heroes:

"Heroes" -- a great song by David Bowie!
