About Me
I'm a down home, back woods country gal in every aspect. I'm very proud to be a southern belle! I was born and raised a Florida Gator, orange and blue flows through my veins -- win or lose! I don't consider myself an average girl, I am my own person; a leader not a follower. I make my own decisions and take care of business without help from anyone else. I'm very independent and have been all my life. I don't mind getting dirty or working hard; watching sports all day, or having a cold beer. I love to cook, you can always find me in my kitchen whippin' up something. I'm very far from perfect, and know that I have mistakes to correct, and things to learn as I get older. My parents were very right when they said that being wise comes with age. I can most certainly be insecure, emotional, and bitchy, but I know I am a good woman, and am reminded of that when I'm having a bad day, or I let the negative things get the best of me. My greatest support is my very best friend, and I'm so fortunate to be married to him! His name is Jeremy Luke Powell, most people know him as Bull. He's my hero, even though he doesn't realize what a special person he really is. I think the world of him, and I am so blessed to have him in my life. We said "I do" on December 12th, 2008. I wouldn't trade him for anything, because he is my everything! Jeremy and I do not have children yet, but we're very excited to have them when the time is right. I have very few true friends, and I love the mess out of all of them. My family has always been my back bone, and I am very close with my parents. My nickname, "Bug," was given to me when I was born, and they still call me that to this day :) Now I have another support system, a second family! My in-law's are just as wonderful as my own parents, and they've accepted me as one of their own children. I work in my hometown at High Springs Police Department as a full time Communications Operator. I have a lot of goals to accomplish, and some of the most awesome people to have along side me for the ride! Life is really starting! This is just the beginning!
My name is Jeremy but most know me as Bull or Bull Nutz. I got the nickname, "Bull," from a football coach in middle school, and it has stuck ever since. I am nearly 25 years old and have always been wild and crazy -- a hard one to tame. I got married on December 12th, 2008 to my best friend and love of my life. It didn't take much of her to hook me on the spot. She has put up with a lot from me, and I don't know how or why she stuck it out but I am blessed that she did because I don't know what I would do without that girl. I'm a pretty laid back guy and will do anything for anybody as long as they don't make me mad because then I wash my hands of them. Unfortunately, that has gotten me into a lot of trouble in my life by trusting too easily in the past. I love the Florida Gators and NASCAR. I'm a Tony Stewart fan. I love all sports, especially football. I'm a real active guy. I'm always outside, fixing something, constantly keeping busy. I work hard, and always find a way to get the job done. I love to grill out, play video games, ride dirt roads, stand by a fire while having a beer and take it easy. I'm an adrenaline junkie, I love roller coasters and anything fast. I'm a family man, and plan to have my own family one day soon with Lindsay. I'm excited for when that time comes I am having the time of my life right now and living each day I am blessed to have and just being me.
