Charles Jones always had an ear for music but never tried making his own until the age of 15. He and childhood friend vincent started recording on sound recorded on vincent's computer. Charles quotes there first songs as "garbage, but a learning experience that would boost his career into further lights."Charles began getting into rapping and singing very seriously. He began getting in trouble in class for writing rhymes in his tablet than listening to the teacher. Dat Mane and VT drop their first mixtape in the summer of 2007 called "DA Rookie Year". The cd grew some attention but charles knew he needed to do better. He has recorded with multiple local artist in North Carolina and a few in HSV, AL. Right now he is focused on his up and coming SOLO DISC mixtape.
