Rockin For Reasons!

About Me

Wayne County Teens UNITE Club is sponsoring "Rockin For Reasons." A battle of the bands to be held April 17 & 18, 2009 at WCHS gym. Our purpose in doing this is to not only let teens see that there is better things to do on Friday & Saturday night than drugs, but to provide 2 scholarships for Wayne Co. High School students. Wayne County High School Teens UNITE club was started last year with only 9 members, this year we have grown to 29 members.

Last year was a freat success! We were able to offer over $1500 in scholarships to local teens and also brought forward the issue of drug abuse to everyone in attendance.
