What's up everybody? I am Adrian Reid a.k.a "beatboxkid". I am a proud alumni of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and I am from Gastonia, NC (born and raised). I am a laid back, friendly guy who enjoys meeting new people. You're probably wondering why I call myself "beatboxkid" so I'll tell ya. The name "beatboxkid" actually comes from a mistake from a senior quote but when I got to college, I used "beatboxkid" as my stage name when I did shows and the name kinda stuck with me. But overall, I am known for my beatboxing talent and I take alot of pride in my rare talent. I also have a passion for music as well so definately feel free to talk to me if you love music as much as I do. Allrighty then, that's about all I have to say. If you want to know anything else, do not hesitate to ask me! I'll gladly respond to your questions.

My Interests

Basketball, Baseball, Football, Writing (poetry or rhymes), beatboxing, making new beats, performing live on stage, reading, and listening to all types of music.

I'd like to meet:

People who are intelligent and are fun people to talk to and/or be around. So, if you fit these simple qualifications, you are more than welcome to talk to me!

Music:

When it comes to music, I'm down with anything and everything. As long as it has a hot beat and/or a nice melody to it, it's a winner in my book!

Movies:

I love comedy movies, animated movies, and movies with a very interesting story line. I also enjoy Lifetime movies as well (don't sleep on the Lifetime moives!). I'll do scary movies every once in a while but I have to be in the mood for it.

Television:

Hmmmmmm........now here's something I really don't watch alot of. Ummmmm......Sportscenter is my all-time favorite TV show along with Jerry Springer (and all the other talk shows out there). I also like court shows as well. I tend to watch almost all of them. Oh, and any show that is funny or interesting is an instant winner with me!

Books:

Road atleses, geography books, and any book at has interesting facts and/or useless information. I also like comic books and strategy guides as well.

Heroes:

Anyone who makes a difference in their own little way is a hero to me.
