About Me

Despite the lawyer bashing or all of the lawyer jokes, I became an attorney because I thought law was a noble profession. I truly believed that if I could represent a client – whether it was corporation or a bank or an insurance company – and make some sort of difference for their shareholders, I could hold my head high at the end of the day and know that I made a difference.
I worked for a national, prestigious law firm for 4 ½ years. I made wonderful connections at this law firm and have the highest respect for the work which they do. However, I learned, for myself that I was representing the wrong side. My heart and soul was not devoted to my work and/or my clients. I realized my talents were benefiting the wrong people. I stopped representing the large business entities, insurance companies, hospitals and doctors and started to focus my practice on representing clients who could not necessarily fight the system alone. Too often, I saw individuals who fell victim to corporate greed and misconduct and I did not and could not, in good conscience, continue to be a party to such conduct. I had to take to stand up and fight for the rights of those who needed to be heard.
Today, I am committed to continuing this fight. I am passionate about my work. I like and enjoy to get to know my clients on a personal level. I care deeply about their thoughts and feelings. I want to know what makes them tick and why their case is the most important thing in their lives. I will try to treat each of my clients with respect, compassion and dignity and make myself available whenever needed. I am committed to proving unparalleled legal service and the financial resources necessary to fight for achieve justice for my clients.
I am a personal injury attorney in the Dallas, Texas area. I am passionate about representing those special clients who are often times taken advantage of because of their age, sickness, disability, or the fact that they can not necessarily speak or care for themselves. This includes victims of nursing home and/or daycare abuse and neglect, as well as children who are affected by Cerebral Palsy as a result of birth injury. I am on a mission to fight for my clients’ rights in personal injury cases, business litigation, medical malpractice and product liability claims.
