Korkus is a meeting of like minded people that enjoy the less commercial sounds of the Essex dancefloor. The aim of Korkus is to promote and highlight the local Essex talent including graffiti artists, DJs, bands and live acts. Each and every Korkus occasion features a soundtrack of house, hip hop, electro, techno, bmore, breaks, bassline, indie remixes - all with a jackin twist. Korkus resident DJs are a crew of friends who have played and held parties in such places as Egg, Turnmills, 93 Feet East, AKA, Koko, Big Chill Bar, Australia, The Telegraph, TDK Festival, Cocomo, Dublin Castle and more.
