My Interests

bettering myself so I can get closer to perfect, for Him. from time to time I dream up of WORLD DOMINATION. I also want to be a captain of my very own pirate ship complete with undead monkey that I may shoot at when my day of plundering and looting goes a wry. I am a very conflicted girl.

People who are not annoying and at least have common sense. Oh and my dream guy, whomever that maybe at the current moment. Right now the flavor of the month is Jensen Ackles but I like to call him Alec or 494, Jana I am so willing to share. Oh and my love Johnny "friggin" Depp.

Music:

I've noticed that I have an affinity towards guitar driven songs, whether is metal or bluegrass. I just noticed how much I like southern music but maybe its just b/c of O Brother Where Art Thou. But I love jazz and bluesy sort of music too. I am into hard core rock and old school rock, love old school hip hop and r&b, and dont forget OPM. so I love music all around but right now what is meaningful and isn't overplayed. Oh and fun songs too.

Movies:

I noticed recently that I absolutely love foreign films, mainly Asian and Hispanic ones. And I've been getting into arthouse cinema a lot, since I discovered IFC and I took that film class. But regular hollywood stuff is way too many currently anything Johnny Depp is in.

Television:

Television what is that? Nursing students don't know what that is. Do you mean that box in my room that has moving pictures and provides me a faint glow and companionship during many late nights.

Books:

A Tale of Two Cities, Angels and Demons, Interview with the Vampire, Complete Works of Poe, Complete Works of Shakespeare, The Holy Bible, Farenheit 451, and more. note: I like the classics for the sole purpose that they are tried and true so they really won't disappoint. I like reading them so that I can brag to people that I've read them because they are a feat unto themselves. I also hope to get into jeopardy one day, lol.
