It's an animal thing.

About Me

Hi. I truly believe that our association makes a huge impact on our lives. Though I find that the majority of MySpace people are as deep as a puddle, could not form an intelligent thought if paid to, and are just here to tally up a few hundred "friends" to stroke their egos and pathetic lives (take note plastic bimbos)... there are some decent and worthy people on here. Like everything in life, there are at least two sides to every story, reason, or excuse. I don't associate w/ negative people who complain about everything nor do I care for fake people which are certainly a majority in today's oh-so high pressure society (gag). Go to a cancer ward for a day and then see if you feel like complaining about life. Trust, honesty, and understanding are qualities that seem hard to find anymore. But those are a few of my cores thay I have AND search for in others. If you have a question for me, I will tell you the truth-MY truth. If you thow a hissy fit, pull an attitude, or jump off a bridge because my truth sucks, then I really don't care. If you're open-minded to seeing and understanding the entirety of my truth, then we'll get alone fine becuase that's how I will treat YOUR inner truths. I HATE following the masses. Mostly idiots anyways. They join the pack like cattle, towards the precipice of ignorance, stupidity, and mundaneness, only to realize that it's too late to get out. Being real is what's important. I do not stress out nor do I freak out like most people you are probably so familiar with... ESPECIALLY now that I'm single...;) Stress, like any emotion, is a state of mind. I personally think that it's a waste of time. I don't spend time worrying about petty things that will not mean a damn thing 20 yrs from now. If something attempts to add stress OR drama to my life... I eliminate it or recreate it to benefit me or those involved. I like who I am and do not have any qualms about telling you who I am. Of course there is always room for improvement. I'm very open and I'm always questing towards more enlightnment... which we know is a never-ending journey! Take me for what I'm worth. I'm easy going and expect the same in return. I'm as friendly as they come but certainly no pushover mind you. I do NOT treat people how I want to be treated unless I just met them. I treat people how they treat me. If you're a bitch or dick to me... right back at you pal! You nor your actions will matter me today nor tomorrow. I believe good people still exist out there and that trust and seeing the whole picture is first and foremost. I have many friends in life for a reason. Life is good... quit your bitchin and live it up.

I'd like to meet:

Finding someone spectacular is always possible, but I certainly don't hold my breathe. There is a lot I look for in people-friendship or dating. When it comes to dating... friendship is a must! That is where everything must start or even end. I've seen relationships falter because they were not friends. Though I do believe that my soul mate is out there, I know she is not someone I can go searching for. She will come on her time and probably when I least expect it. They say we have 7 soul mates walking the Earth. I've met one... and the stars were not aligned or whatever, so it was never meant to be. I'm open to meeting guys for friendship and women for friendship or more. I look for trust, honesty, friendliness, open-mindedness, spirituality, high intelligence (w/ a very healthy dose of common sense!), and all the qualities that everyone seem to search for but can't find. It seems like good people are a dying breed and that the majority are corrupted by society and brainwashed by the media. The bottom line is that I'm here to meet people and see where it leads. I live for new experiences and love to hear people's story. I pull for the underdogs in life and love to help people see the brighter side of life. Life is just too short to not just be yourself and to live in fear of the unknown. People are too busy regretting yesterday and fearing tomorrow to worry about today. Well, not me. Wake up people!

Music:

I'm very picky about my music preference. First off... country music and rap suck donkey nuts. Country music all sounds the same. Don't you get sick of the sappy lost love crap sung by "cowboys" who have never even saddled a horse? Brokeback Mountain. Need we say more? Rap is celebration of ignorance. No musical talent whatsoever. Take away the words (which are oh so full of poetic brilliance)... and you have a beat that has been sickly overplayed again and again for years... wow. Gee, can we turn up the bass just a little more? And don't even get me started on videos. People watch that trash? No wonder our society gets stupider every year. MTV used to be Music TV, not Moron TV. What happened? Frank Zappa called it when he said music would progressively get worse. BUT don't get me wrong!!! If you like that stuff, then you like it. To each their own. But one thing about me... if you ask my opinion, I'm going to give an honest answer. I just personally don't like certain types of music. So anyway... I like rock. From Zeppelin and Triumph to Queensyche and Van Halen. I love the 80''s and some of the early 90's. I've been playing guitar since I was 15, so I have to like rock. You can tell a lot about someone by their taste in music. Music is powerful. It's one of my escapes.

Movies:

INTERESTS (SINCE I TOOK THAT SPACE W/ THE SURVEY): Anything that makes me think. That usually eliminates most people because of their simplicity. Wow, did that sound bad or what? LOL! Abstract, depthful, and insightful thinking is my favorite pasttime. I just recently started playing guitar after what seems like ages of silence. I've been playing since I was almost 15. Gambling is also a passion of mine (Yeah I know... BIG red flag! Until you see how I'm doing.). I play online Poker and play Black Jack in Reno or Vegas if I can ever get away. I also lose myself in playing pool, reading, the gym, muscle cars, hanging out w/ friends, golf (I'm new at it... it's actually not as boring as it looked.), shopping ("uhhh... you're like a guy right?"), traveling, internet, traveling, meeting new and interesting people, etc... MOVIES: I'm a creature of habit w/ this. I have watched some movies 50+ times. I love action movies... Arnold, Sly, Clint. Comedy... the sick and twisted... Dumb and Dumber, Something About Mary, Kingpin, etc... Not a big fan of chick flicks. Yes... I'm picky w/ movies too. Hey, I'm a Capi... what do you expect? ;)

Television:

TV sucks. Some of the stupiditiy that comes out of the idiot box just blows my mind. "Reality" shows? Who's freakin reality??? People follow that junk?! Can you tell I'm quite opinionated yet? LOL! But I'm extremely open-minded. You just have to PROVE your point. I watch sports, espn, movies, Discovery/History channels, and classics like Married w/ Children, Three's Company, and the such. I LOVE Redskins' football! So during NFL season, you can bet your ass I'll be wearing my jersey! Death to the Dallas Cowgirls! But I don't want to look back at my life 40 years from now and realized that a majority of it was wasted vegging on the TV. But this is America. How else are we supposed to be brainwashed? Next to gossiping, TV is America's favorite pasttime. Sad really.

Books:

I love to read when I have the time to. Any Spiritual/Self-Help book that does not tell me something I already know... OR tells me something I already know, but had to HEAR it, if that makes sense. I have read books that have changed my life. The funny part is that I was told told while I was growing up to stay away from those types of books. Whatever. I do like fantasy type books like David Eddings. Horror types like King and Koonce are a trip. I could spend hours in Barnes & Noble.

Heroes:

Heroes. I think that most people who are glorified these days are overpaid and overexposed jackasses. The masses get on this bandwagon of obsession w/ the vermin of our society. Celebrities are a classic examples. They say if you love or hate someone, it's usually a reflection of something you love/hate about yourself. Interesting. So w/ that said, I certainly don't want to say I hate these people... but they certainly peeve the hell out of me! LOL! Anyway... I own my own part time business. E-commerce. The leaders in my industry are my heroes. They are the only people I have ever met in my life that I would like to be like... happy and free. I'm already happy but being free (as in not having to answer to anyone for 40 hrs/wk and making THEM rich) would be my dream. Aside from them I also respect and/or nod my head to Tony Robbins, Gus Hansen, Joe Gibbs, and those people out there that have a lot more than others do and are actually willing to share it.
