About Me

There are so many great songs and guitarist to listen to and learn from. I'm hearig as much as I can. I hope this will shape the type of guitarist I end up being. What do I want to sound like? Riff like Page, Tone like Iommi, Smooth Like Hendrix, perfect like Rhodes, creative like Van Halen, monster like Wylde, Melodic like Lynch, insane like Yngwie. Is that asking too much. Mostly I want to create songs that don't suck. Influences.....man come on, there isn't even enough room here. How about special shout outs. Iron Maiden, Ozzy, Clapton, Eagles, Bands I'm digging right now. THE HEAVY...Lamb of God, Cavalera Conspiracy, Children of Bodom, Gus G., THE NEW....Killswitch E., Altreu, Papa Roach I did all my songs on Rifftracker so if you hear the same drum beat, there you go, I'm hoping to keep writing and get a band together. (I have enough equipment for three guitarist)ULTIMATE GOAL...to write a song that last longer than I do. To play solo's that you know it's me every time, no matter what style the song. Like when you hear Stevie Wonder sing.Be the best.....

The 80s Dude ! ! !

I was 18 in 1985. Heavy Metal was in full swing and I was right in the middle of it. Drums were my main instrument back then. I had stars in my eyes and lint in my pockets. Every dime I made went onto...
