"Criss Angel: Mind Freak"- Is this guy for real???
He is amazing with his magic but I'm saying tho...is he a demon? the anti-christ? or just an incredibly good magician/illusionist? I don't know but he facinates me and scares me altogether.
LOL
"I shouldn't be Alive"- I recently discovered this program and it blew my fucken mind! It's about first-hand narrations of true life stories of tragedy, loss, death and most important SURVIVAL in the most outlandish of situations by it's survivors.
Truly helps me keep a "centered" perspective of my own life's tragedies.
To witness, even thru a TV show , the dire circumstances that these people had to withstand and the sheer magnitude of the suffering they had to go thru to just survive is truly humbling.
I encourage anyone who thinks they have it bad to check out this show.

Momz Duke & Daddy-O (my Parents)
I know a lot of peepz say the same but I really mean it LOL
Both my Parents' motto is "Never give up, never surrender"
Daddy-O is my Hero because I believe all Dadz are their Lil' Girlz Hero right?
BUT He is my Hero especially since He was the major reason I rehabilitated so incredibly after my horrible car accident .
When I was in physical theraphy, which was one of the most excruciating & painful experiences of my life. The ONE thing that kept me going and gave me hope that I could even accomplish getting better was remembering my Father's recount of His experience when He got shot. All the doctors told Him the same thing. He would NEVER be able to use His left arm again due to the injuries sustained from the bullet.
Sooooo He just said "Fuck 'em" and on His own gave himself physical theraphy by forcing his arm to function. He owned a body shop and as soon as He was able to walk he preceeded to just work on his cars. Slowly but surely He regained 99% of his arm. Not bad for an arm that was supposed to be useless huh? He always told me, as well as my Mom have told me, that the mind is your most powerful tool. The mind can move mountains if you so desire.
Anyways...
The doctors gave me no hope for a better prognosis. They told me I would NEVER be able to use my arm again. That I would have to get mentally prepared to live with a withered limb. I was devastated. I thought I would rather have died in the accident than have to live with that type of disability. So everytime I thought of giving up, everytime I looked at myself and saw my lifeless limb all I could think of was "Dad did it and they gave him no hope so you can and WILL do it also!"
Nowadays, although still struggling with injuries from the accident, I have almost full use of my left arm (ironic huh? same as my Dad lol) and I truly owe my recovery to my Daddy-O who doesn't realize how His example of perseverance, courage & strength were the influencing & determining factors for my amazing recovery.
I LOVE YOU DADDY!!!!!
My Mom is my Hero because she is truly a Warrior of Life (as myself) She has had so many challenges in life. She is a fighter and sees no obstacle as too big or difficult to overcome. She was the glue that maintained our family together and moving. My Mother has gone thru soo many trials and still she keeps shining thru. She always gives me the best advice and her wisdom is mind boggling. She is also a firm believer that the mind is a powerful tool. And has taught all of us how to best use the power within us.
She is truly my inspiration for she is strong even when she thinks she is weak. She has given me Love and instilled in me the strength , courage and perseverance that one needs to battle LIFE.
THANK YOU MOM for making me the woman I am today!!
I FUCKEN LOVE YOU!!!!!!
