The NutHeads welcome you ...

About Me

THE NUTHEADS ARE A NEW IRISH PRODUCTION DUO BASED IN CLARA CO.OFFALY, home of Elvis Presley's grandfather, Jim. We have over 35 years experience between us. We invite bands from all around the world to contact us. We would like to make your record .... either in your country or ours!
Joe Egan owns THE NUTSHED RESIDENTIAL STUDIO and is a customer of Audio Warehouse, the Pro-Audio company Paul Brewer works for. Joe has now put his money where Paul's mouth is .....
Over the last 2 years they've developed the studio from a Digi 002 to a state of the art facility equipped with an SSL Duality console, a 48 Apogee output Protools system and a well filled outboard rack ..... plus a Gaggia coffee machine!
During those 2 years they started to work together on Music projects too - recent clients have been the Blizzards, Glen Baker (whose album they've recently finished.) and Mark Hogan , whose track is in the player above. http://www.myspace.com/glenbaker
Have a look at our Influences. If that's what you're interested in give us a bell. We can only be as good as the bands we work with. We don't want to re-invent the wheel - but we do want that wheel to be round and nicely finished ...
Enjoy the Tubby Hayes Big Band video below from the early 60's - Good Suits count for a lot.
Eitherway, Onwards and Upwards!
