i'm chris, a full blooded filipino guy born and raised in the bay area of california. born in mountain view, california, and grew up most of my life in san jose, california. graduated from independence high. i went to college for a bit, then decided to join the military in november 2002. i served four years in the the united states air force, stationed in florida as a crew chief for the mc-130h talon II military aircraft. i also did base honor guard for a year during that time, paying respect to those who have passed away serving, and who have served our country. awesome job, was great while it lasted.after my active duty air force enlisment ended, i decided to enlist in the california air national guard. i am currenly serving one weekend a month, maintaining aircraft for the state of california. as soon as the opportunity comes up, i will be going full time technician for the air national guard.
i am a gym rat and a car nut. i work hard at my goal to be as fit and healthy as i can possibly be. i strive for the beach bod build rather than the bodybuilder bulk. staying in shape is a big part of my life, however, i do give in to the evil temptation of junk food every now and then. i love filipino food. put a plate of sinigang, menudo or chicken adobo with steamed white rice in front of me and eating healthy becomes the last thing on my mind. i drive a black 1997 ford mustang that i've babied since i got it brand new in 1997 with only 15 miles on the odometer. all mods and maintenance have been done with my own two hands (with the help of a buddy for the big jobs). four years in florida ate up my paint pretty good, but i plan to eventually get a new paintjob when the time is right...
i am an easy going, open minded and laid back kinda guy. i'm really friendly, and takes a whole lot to piss me off, but it's possible. i try my best to stay in contact with friends i've made in the past. i don't pre-judge anyone, i get to know them first. i can be pretty quiet at times, so if we're hangin out and i'm not sayin much, don't take it the wrong way... i behave myself around strangers... most of the time. the better i know you, the more fun i'll have. i like makin new friends so if you need a buddy to go see a movie, go bowling, snorkeling, snowboarding, work out with, dine out with or whatever you're in the mood for... shoot a message my way. =]
