I realized it has been quite some time since I updated this section so no better time then the present. Let’s see what’s new in the land of Katherine…well I am finally on break from classes, which is fantastic. I have been going for the past year straight so it was a much needed break. I plan to start taking full time classes in the fall; I am looking forward to it but I am also really nervous about how that will turn out. I also work full time during my days as an administrative assistant. So, I will be a very busy girl once September rolls around. My current academic plan is to get an English degree and eventually teach. This is a process that will take me into my thirties before I am finished, which is definitely an intimidating thought, but the sacrifices I make now are for the greater good of my future. I already have a degree in photography which hasn't got me far professionally, but I will never regret having the opportunity to study a passion. In my free time I read a lot, spend time with friends and Jordan (who is my amazing boyfriend) whenever I get a chance. I enjoy playing pinball, taking pictures (of course), cooking, watching movies and all the general things that people do. I would like to end with one of my favorite quotes. “The key to seeing the worlds soul, and in the process wakening ones own, is to get over the confusion by which we think that fact is real and imagination an illusion.
