When Sally Met Frank

About Me

A script to screen in five day wonder, When Sally Met Frank was spawned from the international underground KINO film movement. As part of the annual Sydney KABARET 2007 5 day filmmaking challenge this film exists due to the skewed sleep deprived vision of Victoria Waghorn, her waylaid rent cheque, a reluctantly sequestered film partner James McIntyre on funeral business in a different state, a bunch of similarly crazed friends and a pig.
SYNOPSIS:
Every year willing women succumb by the millions to be sliced + diced, syringed + sucked into shape in the pursuit of aesthetic perfection. This film is a satirical love story of women’s obsession with the beauty myth and a fun commentary on our society’s increased desire for homogenization of the masses. An everyday fairytale of horror.
