About Me

Hi, I am from Spanaway, WA, at least that is where I spent most of my life, orginally born in Los Angeles. I went to Spanaway Lake High School where I had a great group of friends and many memories. I am currently a Junior at Central Washington University here in good ol' Ellensburg. I'm on track for the seven or eight year student, I know it has taken me awhile to settle down to the college life. I am an Information Technology major and hopefully when I get out of college I can find a job as a Database Mangaer (I know I'm a computer geek, but not really). I like to think that I am a laid back person that is always up for having a good time. I am very easy to get along with I am a little reserved when you first get to know me but then I have a pretty good sense of humor once we hang out more. I worked at Fred Meyers for the year I was off of school, but now that I am returning to school I get to quit (thank god). I love spending time outdoors whether it is hiking or camping or shooting some hoops.Create or get your

My Interests

I definitly love listening to music...I guess you could say that it is my passion (Although I don't play any instuments and never have), I would then have to say that I enjoy following the Mariners season because no matter how bad or how good (mostly bad though) they are doing there is something always exciting to watch about them, I also live for watching college basketball; mostly Gonzaga and UW, and then I also enjoy doing outdoors stuff and drinking beer (the Microbrew stuff...not the cheap stuff). But anyways mostly I just love hanging out with friends and getting to know other people. I think that I have passed the partying and bar hoping stage of my life though.

I'd like to meet:

Well let's see...I guess I'm always up to meeting new people because I'm easy to get along with and I usually enjoy the company of most people. I wouldn't really say that there are any celebrity's I would need to meet because I would probably find that they are just the same as all of us. As for the ladies I pretty much look for a girl who is sweet, honest, down to earth, and is laid back and easy going like I am...oh yeah and it helps if she has things in common with me or else it is hard to find things to do.

Music:

I enjoy pretty much Punk, Pop Punk, Metal, Ska, Emo, Screamo, and Indie Rock; but I keep an open mind about any kind of music. Some of my favorite bands are Pennywise; Blink 182; Strung Out; Rise Against; Green Day; Anti-Flag; AFI; Foo Fighters; Authority Zero; Death Cab For Cutie; The Postal Service; Comeback Kid; With Honor; Champion; Thrice; Thursday; Strike Anywhere; Smoke Or Fire; The Loved Ones; Rocky Votolato; The Shins; Dropkick Murphys; Flogging Molly; Matchbook Romance; Panic At The Disco; Fall Out Boy (Take This To Your Grave); Catch 22; Voodoo Glow Skulls; Avenged Sevenfold; The Who; Avail; Anberlin; Amber Pacific; This Providence; The Hollowpoints; A Chance Without; Millencolin; MxPx; Lost Prophets; Nada Surf; Nofx; Bad Religion; Bloc Party; Face To Face; Over It; Rufio; Roses Are Red; Silverstein; As I Lay Dying; The Lawrence Arms; Love Equals Death; Lagwagon; No Use For A Name...and well I guess the list just goes on forever, but you get the point.

Movies:

I mostly like Comedy and Action movies, but really I'm up for giving any movie a try once even if it is a chick flick. I do like the occasional dramas like Garden State, American Beauty, American History X, Crash, and Shawshank Redemption. Oh now where do I begin with comedies; I like Anchorman, Old School, Harold And Kumar Go To White Castle, Zoolander, 40 Year Old Virgin, Eurotrip, Dirty Work, Office Space, Mall Rats, Dogma...just to name a few. Action movies I miss the older kind of movies from the 90's like The Rock, Con Air, Face Off, Broken Arrow, and Jackie Chan movies. I also am into the X-Men movies, Spiderman, The Lord Of The Rings Trilogy, and of course Star Wars

Television:

Family Guy (The best show in the existence of man), Simpsons, Futurama, South Park, Drawn Together, American Dad, The Colbert Report, The Dave Chapelle Show, Mad TV, Saturday Night Live, Sports, Fuse TV, Reno 911, Aqua Teen Hungerforce, and The Daily Show with Jon Stewart.

Books:

Alternative Press Magazine and The Audacity Of Hope by Barack Obama. I guess you could also count the numerous amounts of textbooks that I have to read for my classes.

Heroes:

I know that this is going to sound kind of generic because pretty much everyone says it, but my parents are my heroes. They have raised me better than I could have ever imagined and they are always there to guide me in the right direction.

My Blog

March Madness!!!!

It's that time again. I will be sitting in front of the tv all weekend cursing, celebrating, crying a little, praying to any god out there that will help my teams win, and hating Duke....and then more...
