Everything interests me: music, sports, history, nutrition, medical research, business, investing, and traveling!!!! I like to learn about stuff I know nothing about.
Anyone and everyone. Seriously. I feel lucky to live in an arear where I can meet and learn about people from some many different backgrounds. But, it's cool to hang out with people who share your same interests, or turn you onto something new.
I'm not going to give a laundry list of bands I like here. I listen to everything. From classical, to hip-hop, jazz, funk, metal, punk, reggae, salsa. If you're a drummer, it's a good idea to listen to be eclectic in your tastes.
I need to get out more often. I rarely go to the movies, so when people quote movie lines, I'm like "what the $@..! are you talking about?!"

I'm into the crime drama stuff. James Patterson is the man! He's got a very journalistic style. He's quick, to the point, and doesn't ruin his stories by using a bunch of superfluous words and descriptions. His chapters are short, his characters are engaging, and his stories are masterful. I also dig John Grisham books, especially the first 3 or 4 he wrote.
My dad for teaching me to never give up. Lance Armstrong for saying F..ck you to cancer. All those who work for worthy causes, feed the sick, the homeless, and research cures for "incurable" diseases.
