Suavé, is a concert/dance band based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Combining classic Latin Rock and Funk sounds of the 1970’s with the dance oriented Pop, R&B, and Salsa rhythms of today, Suavé has been described by Latin Rock Legend, Jorge Santana, as “One of the best bands currently on the Bay Area Music scene”. The group has now broadened its musical scope by performing classic rock hits from the 60’s&70’s at their live shows, to rave reviews. Suavé features talented, professional musicians that have toured and/or recorded with Smashmouth, Pete Escovedo & The E Family, members of The Tower Of Power horn section, The Drifters, Malo, The Jorge Santana Band and Sapo. Suavé’s powerful sound and top flight soloists are the perfect compliment to their energetic stage performances. Showing musical diversity during their role as Jorge Santana’s back-up band, Suavé established itself as original recording artists with the September 2003 release of their CD single, “Do U Remember Me?”.
