About Me

Played in several local semi-pro bands over the years, mostly clubs/functions, you know the sort of thing, from Soul Bands to Rock n Roll, have played sax with The Rollin' Clones on many gigs up and down the UK, but have not done so for quite a while now. Done quite a lot of session recording for the legendary Pete Lamb, see the Friends link to Music Workshop below. Now playing in three bands, Sticks an 8 piece rock n roll function band with ATB front line, Blues Reviewed Band, as the name implies its Blues! and CCQ Jazz.I have got more and more into Jazz as the years have progressed, my ideal sort of Jazz would be Michael Brecker to Andy Sheppard that kind of genre. Quite into home recording and would like to find someone to collaborate with, as I'm very lazy in creating a backing to my sax! One collaboration has been with Link Bekka, thanks to a contact through MySpace, we produced a very fulfilling CD.The music I have posted here are some solo pieces and jazz tunes with backing - more to come. Oh and I play the odd bit of Whistle, its a Chieftain Low D if your interested.Check out The Blues Reviewed Band on the Friends link below.
