I have been building guitars for about 5 years now. It is a never ending passion for me and I consider myself lucky to be doing such a thing. I attended Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery in the fall of 2003. Shortly after graduating I began working for Terry C. McInturff. I'm not sure what my job title would have been, perhaps "right hand man". In just over 3 years, I did just about everything there was to do for TCM Guitars at one point or another. I learned a lot from a generous and gifted luthier and I'm thankful for such an experience. I've been a bass player for most of my life and while I loved building guitars I always wanted to do basses and now I can.
