2008 didn't go down so well, what with the unfortunate demise of Tom's and the lack of other appropriate replacement venues in Pontypridd (Maltsters Arms doesn't even open downstairs anymore, it's on it's way out too unless someone saves it). Also the lack of local support in the form of advance ticket sales meant it was too risky to invest more time and money for another similar outcome. I propose to review the situation again in Feb 2009.
