Instead of bands working to compete with each other, we are trying to make bands realize the power in numbers (working together)! We believe that, with all of the new online marketing and promotion oppurtunities made available with web 2.0 technology, that we can work with the artist to develop a comprehensive plan for the artist to empower them to succeed at doing what they love: their art for a living. Out of the Shadows Management is not only a friend and confidant to the artist, but also a marketing services company working in conjunction with the artist to advance the artist's brand identity.We take a long-term view with regards to career management and our relationship with our artists, and we encourage artists to trust their instincts and to stay creative, while we do the grunt work for them.
