I'm looking to work with a lot of talented folks to build my portfolio. I'm interested in building a book that showcases my editing work and also help build my skill sets in hopes of being an art director for a fashion magazine one of these days.I started out just playing around with Photoshop in the 8th grade and developed an everlasting relationship with this beautiful software. I moved on to work with many of the other Adobe products such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Pagemaker, and InDesign. I eventually also really liked working with Corel Draw. Each software has its own pros and cons.I've had many great opportunities to work on the journalism and yearbook staffs at my high school, these positions helped me develop very strong design skills. Yearbook providing me a chance to work on very clear and clean layouts, journalism allowing me to be more creative and fun.During this time I started a freelance design group with friends and we worked on websites, magazine layouts, flyers for clubs and events, business cards, posters, whatever needed to be designed we designed it.When I got to college I was very lucky to have joined this awesome network called VSA which introduced me to UVSA. UVSA gave me countless opportunities to provide my design services for the group and the Southern California community. It also opened up many networking opportunities, allowing me to work on fashion shows, pageants, photoshoots, etc.All in all, I'm a fun person that likes to make the world a more beautiful place to live in.
