My name is Ronald Andrew Klein. My good friends call me Reggie and my really good friends from Michigan call me Reverend Reggie the Bass Master.
I was spawned thirty years ago in a small college town known as Mount Pleasant, MI. It wasn't long before I became obsessed with music and learning to play the bass guitar. At fifteen I convinced my parents to let me take lessons from a local instructor and I haven't stopped playing since.
In the summer of 2000 I sold my van, packed up my bass guitar and hitched a ride with some fellow musicians on their way to Florida in search of a warmer climate and a career in music. I have had the pleasure of playing with some great musicians throughout my career yet as it often goes bands break up and people go their separate ways.
Now I have joined a talented group of guys known previously and currently as Echoes of Violence. We are all working very hard at producing a sound that Gainesville and metal heads everywhere can be proud of. I can't tell you how great it feels to play with a group again, especially one that I have so much musical chemistry with.
These are the six songs I wrote or perfected after the end of KachinaWEAK and before joining Echoes of Violence. My solo project will now become my side project. At some point down the road I will be seeking a sax player and a percussionist to add to these six songs but for now Echoes of Violence will be my main focus.
