Amaurosis
Formed under the name "Nigress" as a Generic Black Metal project in late 2005, Amaurosis has since evolved into an unrecognisable and far uglier beast.
Amaurosis represents every negative emotion bred through living in a world of shit. No hope and no light. This world is dying with it's pathetic, greedy, delusional inhabitants. Amaurosis represents no more than a grimacing, knowing overture to our inevitable extinction.

Album Progress
As you have probably noticed, plans for the debut release have changed a ridiculous amount of times but everything is now (hopefully) going to plan. The full-length "The Darkness that Ensued..." will no longer occur. Instead, we have written 7 totally new tracks that will form a full-length album.
Featuring 7 new tracks clocking in at approximately 1 Hour total, the Album is a drastically different entity to "The Darkness That Ensued". With a far more mature sound both musically and production-wise, the as-yet-untitled album sounds exactley as Amaurosis should sound!
