Haunted House Productions began in 2008 after members of Liverpool based band Jessicas Ghost got sick and tired of being ripped of by lazy promoters stitting back and raking in profit from bands hard work!We're not in it for the money - we love live music, we love gigging and we hate getting ripped off! Our first night was a great night with The Salamanders, Campbell Todd and Priory Falls providing some amazing live music. After the feedback we got from the bands and the fans we decided to run a few nights a year inittially to see how things go! The Summer Showcase is now booked so pencil the date into your diary!!If you want to play a Haunted House night and you work hard to help us promote it you'll reap the rewards - not some fat cat promoter!! We're not after making pots of cash so once the venues been paid for hire we split all profits with the bands that play to thank them for their hard work.We'll come and watch you play before we book you. Its nothing pesonal - we're just working hard to make this one of the best nights in Liverpool bar none! We want great live bands that can bring a crowd to cheers, scream and dance the night away!! The venue we call home is the New Picket and its AMAZING! Great stage and sound set up with awsome in house backline equipment!We don't really like the minimum sales thing but it is essential that you are able to get people to the gig to make for a good night for everyone! The venue is a bit off the beaten track so we are introducing advanced sales to ensure that our costs are covered.
